The scores to our wines by the recently presented Guía Peñín 2019 reinforces the commitment of the Gorka Izagirre winery for the variety of native Hondarrabi Zerratia grape.
According to Peñín, we produce “exceptional wines” in all segments, from our young Gorka Izagirre of 2017 (91 points) to G22 2016, the renowned wine grown with its lees (92 points).
Our sweet late Arima harvest of the 2015 vintage (91 points) and our unique wine of exceptional vintages AMA 2015 (92 points) show us the great potential of evolution of our txakolis, encouraging us to continue working on our aging wines.
